With over 11 years in the disability industry, Bridge Haven PTY LTD was founded 2021 turning what started with an independent support worker having a vision of a better world into a family run company with high morals, values and respect for each individual.

We are proud to promote our passion for helping individuals living with a disability in supporting independence and everyday living and including all the fun activities and events.

Located in the heart of Belgrave we are proud to be supporting the local community in and around the Yarra Valley and surrounding areas with our newest addition of the a Disability Day Service opening many more opportunities for everyone involved.
